I developed an in-depth stakeholder mapping for Novartis Vaccines Italy, analyzing the country’s institutional framework for infectious disease prevention, immunization policy, and pandemic preparedness. The report identified key decision-makers across the Health Ministry, National Vaccines Commission, ISS, AIFA, and regional health authorities, outlining their roles in vaccine procurement, health budgets, and pandemic response. It also examined the National Plan Against Pandemic Flu, vaccination campaigns, and Italy’s readiness to respond to avian flu.
